8. TYPES OF TENSIONS FOR MANAGERS
Management function involves planning, organizing, leading and controlling activities. In each function managers has to interact with people (Colleague & Sub ordinates), objects of organization, activity to be managed and situation like decision making, problem solving and motivational approach conserving with management. During interaction, some kind of tension is likely to arise. The same has to be minimized or eliminated otherwise; it may create stress in the physical (muscular), energy (Pranic) and mental system.
