The articles reveal how Vedic Management is related to Modern Management (in respect of eastern and western management theory). Though, management has developed mainly in 20^th century but concept of yoga exists since creation started. The development of Western Management concept (from theoretical to practical Concept) has also included TQM (Total Quality Management) by Japanese. Management concept from Western to TQM is parallel and similar in many domains but still question arises “What after TQM?” The answer lies in “THQM (Total Human Quality Management)” which can be obtained by development of inner potential or inner personality. THQM deals with the holistic approach of management and the same has been described how to integrate THQM along with TQM or western management concept.
